My name is Jill Howard and I am the Chief Operating Officer of TriStar Skyline Madison Campus. I have been in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years. I am a nurse by background--most of my experience is behavioral health and substance abuse treatment, and I spent a few years in between as an ER nurse. I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. I am originally from Missouri, and have been in the Nashville area for almost 10 years and have worked for TriStar Skyline Madison Campus for more than 3 years.
We are very proud to offer safe, compassionate and quality care to patients throughout middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky. We have a wide variety of healthcare professionals, including our medical team, ready to provide round-the-clock compassionate care.
- Referrals made easy!—We offer a 24/7 phone number for families and patients to call to schedule an assessment. Our trained assessment specialists are always available to help make the admission process easy and as quick as possible. It just takes one phone call to 877-342-1450 to access emergency psychiatric care as well as specialized outpatient services.
- Patient Focused-TriStar Skyline Madison Campus was one of the 1st hospitals in the U.S. to launch a Health Treatment Mall called “Independence Square.” The Treatment Mall allows the patient to be extremely involved in their care by choosing their daily group schedule that meets their unique needs and goals. As patients achieve their goals, they move out of one class and into another.
- Warrior Wellness Program —Designed to meet the unique behavioral health needs for our active duty soldiers, our Warrior Wellness Program focuses on treating combat related trauma, substance abuse disorders and relationship issues. The program’s Medical Director served in the United States Air Force and Iraq giving him first-hand experience on the delicate issues facing our soldiers and their families.
- Outpatient Services that work for everyday life!—Not all patients require inpatient care, that’s why we have developed a wide range of options for behavioral health and substance abuse issues that can be treated effectively in an outpatient setting.
