Mental health services we offer

The programs we offer are based on the belief that mental illness is treatable in a supportive, therapeutic environment. We want to offer you the best care possible.

Inpatient treatment

Patients who are admitted into our inpatient program typically stay three to five days. The goal with inpatient treatment is to stabilize you and provide acute treatment for your mental health condition.

Once you are ready for discharge, we will help you arrange the appropriate level of outpatient care. Additionally, we offer an inpatient senior mental health program specifically designed for older adults who also have other existing conditions.

Conditions we treat include:

  • Addiction
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Depression
  • Schizophrenia

Once you are ready for discharge, we will help you arrange the appropriate level of outpatient care. Additionally, we offer an inpatient senior mental health program specifically designed for older adults who also have comorbid conditions.

Outpatient treatment

Our outpatient mental health programs are designed to help patients learn effective ways to cope with mental health conditions in day-to-day life.

Areas we address in our outpatient programs include:

  • Addiction
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Depression
  • Loss and grief
  • Low self-esteem
  • Marital and family issues
  • Trauma

We offer professional patient navigation for our outpatient behavioral health programs to help you or your loved one find the right services for you. Our navigator is a health care professional trained in acute inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient behavioral healthcare and crisis services.

The behavioral health navigator works with patients, families and referring providers to facilitate seamless, outpatient coordinated care while also assisting with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, education and resources.

Group therapy approach

In group therapy, patients learn coping skills and healthy ways of managing their symptoms. You are empowered to establish your own goals for recovery to achieve success and happiness. All of our sessions facilitate the recovery process by treating the underlying causes of the emotional and behavioral challenges patients are facing.

In our outpatient programs, you will attend three to four hours of group therapy per day that incorporate treatment approaches, such as:

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Evidence-based therapy (EBT)
  • Seeking safety treatment approach
  • Trauma sessions led by a psychologist
Partial hospitalization program (PHP)

Monday–Friday | 9:00am to 2:45pm

The PHP is a comprehensive, short-term outpatient program that typically lasts three to four weeks. It provides support and treatment for adults facing emotional or mental difficulties. We also offer a co-occurring mental health and trauma track.

The program offers all of the features of inpatient care but without the overnight hospital stay. The structured format provides physician oversight as well as therapeutic groups and activities.

Because patients are able to return home in the evening, they stay linked to their family and community and can practice new skills that promote confidence and independence.

Intensive outpatient program (IOP)

Monday- Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Our IOP allows you to receive intensive therapy while continuing to maintain a daily schedule. In our intensive outpatient program, we meet with you daily for mental health and addiction treatment.

NEW! Evening Intensive Outpatient Program information coming soon. For more information on our Evening IOP please call us at 615-769-5800.
