All of our sessions facilitate the recovery process by treating the underlying causes of the emotional and behavioral challenges patients are facing.
In our outpatient programs, you will attend three to four hours of group therapy per day that incorporate treatment approaches, such as:
- Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Evidence-based therapy (EBT)
- Seeking safety treatment approach
- Trauma sessions led by a psychologist
Partial hospitalization program (PHP)
Monday–Friday | 9:00am to 2:45pm
The PHP is a comprehensive, short-term outpatient program that typically lasts three to four weeks. It provides support and treatment for adults facing emotional or mental difficulties. We also offer a co-occurring mental health and trauma track.
The program offers all of the features of inpatient care but without the overnight hospital stay. The structured format provides physician oversight as well as therapeutic groups and activities.
Because patients are able to return home in the evening, they stay linked to their family and community and can practice new skills that promote confidence and independence.
Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
